Wildbark: Visitor Engagement System is a collaborative educational design project created for Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary in northern Canberra. Developed by Phoebe Spilsbury, Thomas Rozko, and Isabella Nesci, the project aims to strengthen public engagement with Wildbark’s conservation mission through creative, accessible design. The system integrates a collectible card series, an illustrated companion booklet, and a social media rollout, forming a multi-channel experience that bridges physical and digital engagement. Each element promotes awareness of native biodiversity and supports learning through play, storytelling, and cultural respect, incorporating Ngunnawal language to acknowledge Country. Designed to be low-cost, tactile, and scalable, the project provides Wildbark with an adaptable communication tool linking on-site experiences to ongoing community interaction. The final outcome reflects a professional, research-led approach that balances educational clarity, aesthetic cohesion, and real-world usability.
