New Ideas In Art is a series of talks presented by a selection of this years' graduating Bachelor of Visual Arts Honours students. The artists will explore the driving ideas behind their presented artworks, and how installation and materiality play a role in understanding of their bodies of work.

As part of the 2025 Grad Show public program, this event is designed to welcome Secondary School teachers, students and parents to the exhibition and the School of Art & Design (SoAD). You will meet graduating students and hear about their experience studying at SoAD, the work they have created in their final year, and what’s next for our graduates across our Visual Arts, Design, and Flexible Double Degree Programs.
All year groups are welcome. We hope you can help us celebrate our graduates and the next cohort of SoAD students!
